Breadcrumbs use catalog labels, follow parent links only through `origin: 'subagent'` rows, include the first ordinary owner, and keep ordinary forks single-level. Forking an addressed subagent creates an ordinary fork with direct source lineage and attaches it to the nearest workspace-owning ancestor. The catalog is an ARIA tree with lazy ArrowRight/ArrowLeft disclosure, linear ArrowUp/ArrowDown navigation, Home/End, Escape, and focus restoration.
