docs: redesign the bilingual README, merge the desktop app, add static visuals
- Rewrite README.md / README.zh.md around the skill's story order: hero, proof screenshots, what it is, why different, features (desktop app, plugin marketplace, image recognition, skill manager), how it works, then all commands (desktop download, npm/CLI, from source, desktop dev, packaging, quality gates). - Merge deepseek-harness-desktop into the root README as a first-class feature. - Add static visual assets under assets/readme/: a project-native hero SVG, a how-it-works architecture SVG, and real product screenshots. - Keep the community-fork notice and links to MODIFICATIONS.md / .zh.
