imccyu ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

_Kerman 262d044642 fix(agent): route loop dispatches through prebuilt fused dispatcher
Address review feedback on PR #1738:
- ReactLoopAgent builds its AgentEventDispatch once in the constructor and
routes every emit/serial/waterfall through it, so hot-path dispatches no
longer allocate a carrier and dispatcher per call; the public carrier
field is gone (fused dispatcher is private).
- agentEvents accepts an optional prebuilt carrier.
- The fused payload builder spreads the payload before the injected agent
so a structurally acceptable payload carrying an agent field can never
  override the subject.
- Regenerate doc graphs; re-record core + architecture + affected Agent
Note translation pairs; add payload-object event contract Agent Note.

_Kerman ccebba2349 refactor(agent): unify agent-scoped event signatures as payload objects
All agent/* and agent-loop/config-start-failed events take one payload
object carrying the agent subject; waterfall/serial payloads require a
signal and keep next as the final argument. PreStepContext and
RequestFailureContext are unfolded into payloads and retired.
goal/changed follows the same shape so agentEvents keeps its listener
error containment. ReactLoopAgent builds its scope carrier once in the
constructor. Regenerates scope resolvers, tool-cordis api catalog, and
docs catalogs; updates all affected listeners, tests, and the
core-data-structures docs (en + zh).

_Kerman d3249f096b refactor(agent): publish agent/inbox/claimed from Inbox.claim
Move the claimed-message notification loop out of the loop's pre-step
into Inbox.claim(target, turn), so the step-boundary operation publishes
its own claimed notifications like insertions and discards do.

creatixchu e7f2005ec7 fix(web): address the review round on the remaining context forms
- `relay` resolves its sender in `contextBody` like every other form. It was
the one shape whose marker could claim a form the body did not render: an
unreadable sender fell back inside the body while the row still said relay,
contradicting the contract this PR's own note states.
- `recall` requires the retained, omitted, and truncated fields. Completeness
is what the card exists to report, so a reference that cannot state it is
not a readable recall — showing the label alone presents a confident card
  over unknown loss.
- The snapshot body states the supersession its producer framing line carries.
That line is the one part of the model-facing text no section contains, and
unlike an instruction context's `<system-reminder>` it states the form's own
  semantics rather than wrapping content.
- `GoalMessageSource` is a discriminated pair, so `{ form: 'notice' }` without
its account no longer compiles. The guarantee this PR claims now holds at
that seam too, not only through `ContextFormed` on plugin sources.
- Goal and tool-goal summaries are bounded by a shared `boundContextSummary`,
which tool-tasks now uses as well. A goal objective is unbounded caller text
in exactly the way a task label is.
- The runtime snapshot interpolates once per request: agent-loop renders the
sections and joins them through `joinContextSections`.
- Every form's fallback branch is pinned, not only the notice one.

creatixchu b7034e4a26 feat(web): declare the remaining context forms on every shipped producer
Four values complete the vocabulary, so the opaque body is reached only by
producers that genuinely promise no shape.

`snapshot` — current state a later snapshot supersedes. system-prompt now
exposes `renderContextSections()`, the named contributions
`renderContextSnapshot()` already joins for the model, so the body attributes
each part to the subsystem that produced it instead of re-splitting joined
prose. The runtime snapshot, time-context, and tmux-context declare it.

`notice` — a one-off account of what just happened, declared by tool-tasks,
goal state changes, tool-goal wrap-up, plan-mode switches, and
repeat-tool-guard. Its `summary` rides the COLLAPSED row: these five are the
majority of shipped producers and none of them needs expanding to be read.
The task summary bounds itself because its inputs are unbounded caller text.

`relay` — a message another agent addressed to this one; both subagent
sources declare it and the body names the sender above what it said.

`recall` — material lifted from another session's log. session-reference
needed no new field: its references already record retained and omitted
counts and the truncation flag, which the body shows first, because recalled
context is bounded on the way in.

`ContextFormed` is now discriminated by `form`, so a producer cannot declare
a shape without the facts that shape is presented from — a notice without its
summary, or a snapshot without its sections, fails to compile.

Only the two hook bridges stay opaque, by design: their content is whatever
an external program printed, so no shape can be promised for it. Unknown
kinds and unreadable records land there too.

_Kerman ab56e0df0a fix(agent-loop): park empty turn batches, keep max-tokens sticky, and settle headless at idle
- turn boundary now returns false for an empty admitted batch (claimed
input removed before the wake) instead of opening a turn and spending a
model call on nothing; the step boundary already had the symmetric guard.
- a max-token step stays sticky when steering or injected work continues
the turn: a later completed step no longer downgrades the outcome,
  matching the TurnEndReasonMap contract.
- session/queue wire schema accepts the context placement (previously the
zod union rejected injected-context snapshots wholesale and the client
silently dropped the whole frame); schema tests cover all placements.
- headless runs settle at whole-agent idle instead of the first turn/end,
  honoring the one-shot idle-to-idle contract.
- flush JSDoc names the real callers (checkpoint policy, goal-session,
teardown, self-flushing consumers); apiproxy zh README loses its stale
duplicate history section; ACP note/README record the delivered error
  rejection and turnless-cancelled behaviors.

_Kerman a597763393 fix(session): type turn/end error as one structured failure
TurnEndReasonMap.error now carries a single `error: LlmFailure` field:
an LlmError keeps its structured facts, any other error flattens to
errorChain text under the UNKNOWN code. Consumers read message/code
directly instead of defending against an unknown union — this also fixes
errorChain() rendering structured failures as '[object Object]' in the
TUI and ACP error paths. Document the turn-stopping contract: a
concludesTurn result never short-circuits already-submitted next-step
work (same-step additionalContexts or racing steering still runs), data
decides.

_Kerman 8171936082 docs(agent): align event JSDoc with shipped behavior
- agent/error: drop the stale "(plus the logger)" claim; the machine only
  emits the event.
- agent/inbox/claimed: document that a rejected turn boundary ends the
claimed message without discard or re-emission, and that a later batch
  may reuse the turn number.
- steer(): document that a rejected step leaves steering parked until the
  next wake.
- Fix stray double-space in the inbox inserted/discarded callbacks.
- Sync core.md/core.zh.md mirrors and regenerate the cordis catalog.

Hypatia May 7f30a7e30c Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into codex/status-bar-token-metrics
Conflict resolution notes:

- StatsLine: master redesigned the row into pipe-separated groups with LLM and
tool wall times. Kept that design and swapped only the token accounting
source, so counts and durations stay window-scoped while billing and context
  occupancy read the durable projections.
- Generated artifacts (cordis catalog, module graph, event producer/consumer,
i18n pairing hashes) and web snapshots took master's side; they are
regenerated and re-recorded after this merge.
- Web e2e goldens and details-panel/timeline assertions took master's side:
that evolution is unrelated to this branch.
- ui-conversation package.json: kept master's devDependency ordering, re-adding
only the token-meter entry this branch needs.

Hypatia May 4819210142 refactor(token-meter): make context occupancy durable projection state
Replace the transient `session/model-request` mux frame with ordinary durable
session state. Occupancy now rides two last-wins projection fields instead of a
non-replayable frame that needed removal tombstones and cross-stream fencing.

The frame was the only non-replayable class on the mux stream. Because host and
mux are independent SSE streams with no cross-stream order, a request emitted
before a removal could arrive after `host/session-removed`, and a legitimate
request for a new lifecycle reusing the same id could be fenced by a late
removal. Fixing that needed a lifecycle generation on every frame; the frame
itself was the problem.

Removed: the `session/model-request` frame and schema, the `agent/model-request`
core event, the ApiProxy measurement point, the client-side telemetry map and
removal tombstone, and the synthetic `cancelled` open error used to signal
reconnect through the error channel.

Added: `request/context`, a log-only session event recording the
registration-bound capacity of the route a request resolved to, appended beside
`request/header` from the lookup that already prepared the call and skipped when
the route is unchanged. Capacity stays out of `EpochHeader` because it is
adapter metadata about a route, not an input the request was built from, so it
must not join request reconstruction or header equality.

The `contextPressure` projection pairs the newest provider-reported prompt size
with the newest recorded capacity. The two are deliberately not one atomic
request observation: switching models can pair a fresh capacity with the prior
route's pressure until the next request reports usage. The figure is a
user-facing reference, and this matches how the TUI status line has always
computed occupancy.
