Add an in-app plugin marketplace fed by a remote web catalog: the host
plugin-inventory gateway gains marketplaceList/Install/Uninstall remotes,
a durable per-user install table reconciled against the actual profile, and
git/npm/tarball/bundle install paths with non-interactive git and vendored
pnpm. The Web Settings surface gains a sibling 插件市场 tab that lists the
catalog with recommended badges, repository links, and a combined sort
(recommended first, then catalog priority, then id).
Add a host + client skill manager: list local skills by direct filesystem
discovery, and install/uninstall/toggle/edit their SKILL.md from git/npm/
tarball/local sources in the writable user root.

Installing a plugin now activates it without a restart: the CLI boot provides a
dshReloadProfile handle that re-runs the profile composition and applies it to
the running root Include, and the install/uninstall Remotes recompose live when
the handle is present (restartRequired: false). Registry installs try the
ordered INSTALL_REGISTRIES mirrors with the official npm registry as the final
fallback, erroring only when every source is unreachable. The enable/disable
guard splits into a REQUIRED_PLUGINS blacklist and a USER_TOGGLEABLE_PLUGINS
whitelist (default toggleable) generated from the running plugin list, and the
offline optional-bundle catalog is emptied (default bundles are not
installable/uninstallable). The plugin-list tab becomes a registry install form
and shows immediate-activation instead of a restart notice.

Adds an install surface to the plugin-inventory gateway: availableBundles lists
the curated offline-installable optional bundles (AVAILABLE_BUNDLES); install
composes an offline bundle into the profile's dsh.profile.bundles, or for a
registry spec runs pnpm against the writable profile via the bundled Node and a
vendored pnpm (gated behind the dshAllowPluginInstall context flag, set only by
the desktop boot); uninstall removes a bundle layer. The reconcile logic from
`dsh plugin add` moves into app-boot as shared helpers. The desktop vendored
pnpm into the harness and sets the allow-install env; the plugin-list SPA gains
an installable-bundles section. Tests cover the guard, install helpers, and the
SPA section at 100% host coverage.

`Config.roots` defaulted to `[]`, so a deployment that did not patch both roots
in got a roster with none — `dsh run` once booted exactly that and failed
resolving `standard`. The user root never needed an app: `<dshHome>/.agent-presets`
is the same place in every deployment, resolvable here the way
`dsh-skill-local` resolves `<dshHome>/skills`.
The roster now derives that root itself unless `includeUserRoot` is false, and
`apps/cli` supplies only the SHIPPED root, whose path an installed app alone
can resolve. The derived root is appended after every configured root, so a
shipped id still shadows a home directory claiming it and `writableRoot()`
still prefers an explicitly configured `user` root; the set is resolved once at
construction, because a root set that changed between a `list()` and the
`copy()` acting on its answer would author into a directory the caller never
saw.
Every test that pins an exact roster now says `includeUserRoot: false` — the
machine's real harness home must not decide what a golden or an assertion
counts.
A fast one-shot can request exit through ctx.appExit while the launcher
still awaits its watcher setup; the failure guard now also swallows the
resulting rejections when the tree is no longer live, not only on
signal shutdown. Sync the app-boot README and headless bundle comment
with unconditional patch watching, and bring the two Agent Notes still
asserting the --dev row append and the headlessIo slot current.
The web runtime creates its dev-mode client-hmr row in the root tree
after Loader settlement with plain loader.create, deleting the vendored
Entry.enableRuntime state machine and dsh-cmdline's enableRow export.
Include declares the existing EntryGroup.key tree-carrier marker instead
of the EntryConfigResolver protocol (its own path stays literal; nothing
used a dynamic path). The launcher recognizes no app row: SIGTERM exits
0 on every surface, every boot watches its user patch layers, and the
headless runner exits through ctx.appExit, deleting ctx.headlessIo. Also
restores the vendor README rescope entry to the position the
rescope-vendor exact-edit anchor requires, fixing the master hygiene
regression.
Resolve three conflicts:
- packages/bundle/base/tests/base.spec.ts: keep both assertion sets — this
branch's telemetry-otel mode expression and master's subagent rows plus
manifest dependencies.
- packages/session/session-telemetry-otel/tests/otel.spec.ts: keep master's
per-mode sharing disclosure test, but select FULL explicitly instead of
relying on an omitted mode, because the default is now DISABLED; the
default-construction test keeps asserting disabled delivery and gains a
case pinning that an omitted mode reports 'disabled' sharing.
- scripts/snapshots/translation-prompt-v4/request-response.expected.json:
re-recorded from the merged READMEs rather than hand-merging the embedded
document text.
Entry \disabled\ interpolation makes the launcher's separate platform layer
unnecessary: the base bundle's cordis.patch.yml now gates both shell stacks
on its own rows — bash-sandbox/tool-bash disable on win32, and their twins
pwsh-sandbox/tool-pwsh mount only there with the inverted expression — so
exactly one shell stack mounts per host from one shared patch file.
windows.cordis.patch.yml and the launcher's windows-shell.ts injection (boot,
live recomposition, config dumps) are deleted, with the workspace-constraints
entry and the dsh-base exports/files entries following. The windows-shell spec
pins the effective per-platform roster through the real bundle layers, and
base.spec pins the four symmetric gates. The superseded active notes are
updated and cross-linked; the loader note records the fold itself.
Launcher flags come first and end at the first token dsh does not
recognize; everything after reaches the booted app verbatim, so
dsh --profile tui --resume <id> works with no launcher change and
dsh --profile web --help prints the web app's help. A bare dsh -h, which
has no app to hand the flag to, still prints the launcher's own.
src/web.ts is deleted: the Web flag family, its LAN-trust sampling, and the
one-shot task positional now live in their bundles, and runProfile no
longer knows any row id. What the startup row decides comes back as a
launcher-owned patch layer above every layer a user can edit, so a live
config edit recomposes the tree without resetting a served port.
dsh web and dsh --profile web finally boot through one path, which also
gives --profile web the harness-source prompt section that only the alias
used to add.
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.
Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.
The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.
Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.
loadOverlayPatches already throws on a missing file (the caller named
it, so absence is a misconfiguration) — the existsSync guard was a
second fail-loud mechanism for the same miss with a prettier message.
The loader's throw keeps the fail-loud contract the Windows-default
note records.
The roots are an assembly fact (the shipped set beside this app's config,
the user's own under $DSH_HOME) but only `dsh web` patched them in, so the
merged `dsh run` booted the roster with no roots and failed resolving
`standard`. The shared profile boot now owns the patch for every launcher,
and master's interrupt_agent tool joins the standard composition's exact
catalog. The roster helpers the wire layer added (standingKeyFor,
serviceForAgent's chain guards, the direct mountPreset boundary) gain the
unit coverage the per-file gate requires.
master extracted this layer's inline cold-resume resolver into
@deepseek-ai/dsh-api-remotes, whose `setup` was a fixed AgentSetup. A resumed
session composes the preset ITS header recorded, so the option becomes a
function of that header; the resolver builds the setup before the published
re-checks so those stay adjacent to `resume`.

The launcher's healProfilesModuleFallback BFS-links the apps/cli dependency closure into the profile's node_modules (the pwsh-local precedent): without dsh-pwsh-sandbox in apps/cli dependencies, a fresh Windows host cannot resolve the inserted row. Assert the closure reaches both inserted packages in the real-layers composition; rewrap the windows-shell layer comment.
