Review fix (ds-review-bot on #623): the per-session-modes section still
described first-turn stamping — superseded by the header baseline — and its
formula lacked the middle rung. The formula now reads own post-seed knob
events ?? inherited SessionHeader baseline ?? composition default, and the
paragraph describes the synchronous capture into the creation-time header
with no first-turn timing window. Chinese counterpart updated in the same
commit.
The local PTY readiness poll held its inferred_idle fallback for exactly
one pollIntervalMs after a prompt marker, so a bash foreground handoff
that lands on the silence boundary only wins the exact stdin_read
attribution when the kernel publishes it inside that single poll. On a
slow or loaded host it does not, and the attribution flips.
handoffGraceMs replaces the hardcoded one-poll window as a validated,
deployment-owned config field defaulting to 500ms, rejected at load when
it cannot contain one readiness poll. Real-shell tests that interrupt a
send now assert the session is usable again rather than which readiness
tier observed the handoff, because no fixed grace removes the race.
`config.maxWallMs` is only checked for positivity, and it is handed to
`setTimeout`, which clamps any delay above 2^31-1 ms to 1 ms. A deployment
configuring a 25-day wall ceiling therefore gets the opposite of what it asked
for: every run times out on the first tick. The runtime now range-checks the
field at load against MAX_TIMER_DELAY_MS from dsh-timeout and throws, so the
misconfiguration fails loud where it is self-contained instead of silently
inverting the budget.
`computeMs` needs no matching bound: it is compared against measured event-loop
utilization rather than fed to a timer.
The test asserts both the rejection and that the boundary value itself loads.
The darwin-parity job failed intermittently on the SIGINT test with the
operation buffer holding only the echoed command line, never RAW_READY. The
harness sets idleSilenceMs to 250, so when a cold python3 start stays silent
past that bound the send settles as inferred_idle; PtySendOperation.append then
drops all later output, and the marker reaches only the scrollback.
Give the harness per-test idleSilenceMs/timeoutMs overrides and let this
scenario raise both above interpreter startup latency, so the readiness marker
lands inside the send it belongs to. waitForOutput's own deadline and the test
timeout grow to match the new bounds.
The product timings are unchanged; the pty Agent Note records why a test that
waits on an operation must outlast the child's startup.
Review fix (ds-review-bot on #623): the ACP scenario runs at deployment
strength (the automation protocol has no session-scoped switch), so the
assembled-app path could not detect the delegation bypass itself. The new
keyless subagent-inheritance headless scenario closes that on the
semantic-checkpoint precedent: a seeded parent log carrying a real
sandbox/mode: read-only switch under a workspace-write deployment default
is resumed through the Loader-booted cli-demo app via a resume fixture
plugin and delegates through the real subagent tool; the child's real
write is denied by the real dsh-fs-sandbox fence (physical ENOENT
assertion), its persisted header carries the inherited baseline, and both
logs pin as expected outputs. Verified red: disabling the driver's capture
makes the scenario fail on the disk assertion (the child writes under the
deployment default).
Three ds-review-bot round-8 findings on the todo display surfaces.
TodoPanel took the whole `useSession` hook and cast the snapshot to reach
`todos`, which put slot plumbing and an unchecked cast inside the presentation
component. The panel now takes `todos: readonly TodoItem[]`; TodoDock does the
selecting, matching the QueueDock posture the dock slot already establishes.
The todo row carried `onClick` with no keyboard route, so its details panel was
mouse-only. It now takes ToolRow's route verbatim: `role="button"`,
`tabIndex={0}`, and an Enter/Space handler that claims the event. The row stays
a `<div>` because a `<button>` flattens its inline spans.
`session.history`'s tail-only `todos` field was documented at the TS signature
but not in the apiproxy README pair, and the Agent Note claimed the feature
added no new wire vocabulary. Both README sides now state the tail/omission
semantics (an omitted field on a tail response is the empty plan, not unchanged
state), and the note records the one added field instead of denying it.
Tests: TodoPanel specs render the plain list; new TodoDock specs cover selection,
live follow, rollback-to-empty, and the registration shape; a new row spec pins
Enter/Space activation and non-activating keys.
An omitted `todos` on a tail request was treated as "no projection carried"
and preserved the prior value. Every installWindow caller is a tail request
(doOpen, its gap re-pull, repairGap; loadOlder prepends without it), which the
host answers with the full-log projection or omits only when the log holds no
todo/write — so the field's absence is the authoritative empty list. A live
write whose host crashed before persisting therefore left the rolled-back plan
on screen indefinitely; the assignment now clears it on the next open or
resync. Widened the parameter to an explicit `| undefined` so the two meanings
cannot be conflated again, and updated the JSDoc at both declaring seams plus
the bilingual README/note pair.
The automation-only ACP bridge deliberately omits todo presentation (its
edge test asserts plan updates are omitted; the todo-write tool note records
the mapping's retirement). Chinese counterpart updated, pair re-recorded;
the TodoPanel header comment drops the same claim.
Regenerate event-producer-consumer.md after the queued-frame steering removal;
re-record the bilingual consistency records the master merge left stale; and
restore the eight archived notes the agent-loop rename had swept up (archived
notes are frozen — their archival-time path references stand).
- TodoPanel mounts through a 'conversation.input.dock' list entry
(todoDockEntry, QueueDock posture, order -1 above the queue rows) instead
of a ConversationRoot hardcode; the inner component is unchanged and takes
useSession from the dock entry's standard kit.
- The verify-todo-display.mjs chromium probe is replaced by an assembled
keyless snapshot (apps/web/tests/todo-display.snapshot.ts, the
code-mode-fixture idiom) pinning the TodoRow summary/state, the dock
panel content, and the collapse round-trip over built bundles.
- Fake snapshots across specs gain the todos field; bilingual note/READMEs
updated for the dock mount and the snapshot.
The origin/master merge's directory-rename detection relocated the
trio to implemented/feature/ (master's note-archiving sweep renamed
many implemented/ files, and the rejection move predated the merge);
move it back to rejected/feature/ where the rejection commit put it.
- examples/jsonrpc-agent gains its first snapshot suite (sdk.snapshot.ts):
the real dsh-jsonrpc-agent runtime driven through the real dsh-sdk-client,
keyless llm-replay behind a new cordis.snapshot.yml overlay; three recorded
scenarios (text turn, bash tool, spawn subagent) pin the notification
stream, the SDK turn result, and the persisted parent+child session logs.
- Bilingual READMEs for dsh-sdk-protocol / dsh-sdk-client / dsh-subagent-sdk;
sdk/ and subagent/ group tables extended; dsh-jsonrpc README points at the
extracted protocol package; Agent Note (en+zh) owns the decision.
- The proposed make-jsonrpc-directional note is updated for the transport's
new home and its second (client) consumer.
- Model Experience sentence allowlist entries for the two client-side
packages; module graph + config catalog regenerated; i18n pairings
recorded. doc-sync passes 24/24.
Drop SubprocessSpawnSpec.dshEnv and splitEnvChannels(); childEnv() is now
scrubbed-base + explicit entries with no namespace validation. The invariant
dropped is the reserved-namespace check on explicit entries (DSH_* rejected
from env, non-DSH_* rejected from dshEnv). Explicit-entry trust already
covers it: an explicit credential-shaped entry has always merged after the
scrub as a deliberate caller opt-in, and an explicit DSH_* entry is the same
deliberate act — the staleness invariant lives entirely in scrubbedParentEnv
dropping AMBIENT credential-shaped and DSH_* names, which stays. The
validation's only observed effect was rejecting legitimate explicit entries:
both recent CI breakages (DSH_GATE_CONCURRENCY exported into every job
crashing lsp specs, DSH_PERMISSION_MODE in acp config.env crashing the
child spawn) were this check firing on values a caller meant to pass, each
fixed by routing around the bureaucracy the seam itself imposed.
The bash seam keeps its own request/spec dshEnv field: that is bash-owned
trusted-plugin vocabulary (the ctx.bashEnv collected overlay) whose merge-last
position guarantees a caller env entry cannot displace a managed fact;
bash-local now flattens ENV_OVERRIDES -> spec.env -> spec.dshEnv into the
seam's one env map. subagent-acp and lsp-local pass their single config env
map straight through. DshEnvironment/DshEnvironmentKey/DSH_ENV_PREFIX stay on
the subprocess seam as the namespace vocabulary (bash re-exports them;
scrubbedParentEnv filters on the prefix).
Tests: the two channel-rejection specs and the splitEnvChannels partition
spec are deleted; one spawn spec now proves an explicit DSH_* env entry
reaches the child while an ambient one is scrubbed; the acp/lsp forwarding
specs keep their MOCK_ECHO_ENV / LSP_FAKE_ECHO_ENV assertions with the split
comments rewritten to merge-after-scrub. Docs (en+zh, re-recorded) and the
owning Agent Notes updated; cordis api/services catalogs regenerated.
