A corpus sweep under the doc/prose standards found 15 links whose #fragment
named no anchor in its target — reworded headings, one relocated contract
(tool-fs → the group README's no-timeout rule), and zh sides citing English
slugs their Chinese headings never produce. Fixed all 15 (zh sides get the
conventional explicit <a id> + English fragment), fixed the one generator-owned
instance at its source (gen-doc-graphs), and extended verify-md-links to
resolve fragments onto Markdown targets — same-file anchors included — against
heading slugs and explicit <a id>, so the class is gated instead of manually
grepped. Remaining probes (narrated history, duplication shingles, comment
transcripts, budgets) came back clean; sibling-adapter README symmetry and
implemented-note contrasts are deliberate keeps.
git mv per the regrouping RFC: the five human-collaboration seams and
tui join packages/interaction/, app-boot becomes packages/boot/, and
jsonrpc joins the renamed scaffold/ (formerly sdk/) as its server half
beside client/protocol/create-sdk/helper/scripts/telemetry, whose
folders drop the legacy sdk- prefix. Three new group README triplets
replace the ui/ and sdk/ ones; tsconfig references/paths/globs,
knip keys, vitest globs, gate scripts, catalogs, docs, and the
lockfile follow. Adds the four settled FIXME rename markers
(dsh-sdk-server, dsh-sdk-telemetry, dsh-sdk-helper, dsh-sdk-scripts).
The scaffold folders diverge from their npm names until those renames
land, so tsconfig.base.json maps the three affected names explicitly
beside the group wildcard. Also repairs two pre-existing stale-path
classes the strengthened sweep surfaced: docs/web-styling.md's retired
web-ui host package and type-model spec fixture-literal joins.
app-boot's three Loader-composition specs time out at the default 5s
under full-suite parallel load on this filesystem (pre-existing;
pass isolated with --testTimeout=30000); interaction/scaffold/boot
suites otherwise green (687 passed).
Remove the one-consumer bounded-read primitive and shared terminal lifecycle controller, make terminal cleanup one awaited provider operation, and reuse one Code Runtime contract suite. Keep only reproduced cancellation and policy fixes; defer unproven replacement, prompt-attribution, and streaming-frame concerns to scoped markers.
All agent/* and agent-loop/config-start-failed events take one payload
object carrying the agent subject; waterfall/serial payloads require a
signal and keep next as the final argument. PreStepContext and
RequestFailureContext are unfolded into payloads and retired.
goal/changed follows the same shape so agentEvents keeps its listener
error containment. ReactLoopAgent builds its scope carrier once in the
constructor. Regenerates scope resolvers, tool-cordis api catalog, and
docs catalogs; updates all affected listeners, tests, and the
core-data-structures docs (en + zh).
write/edit failures with FS_STALE_VERSION or FS_NOT_OBSERVED now reach the
model with the correct recovery instruction appended (re-read / read, then
retry) while preserving the structured code and chaining the cause. The
edit-intent waterfall sits inside the same try, so the policy's
FS_NOT_OBSERVED refusal is remediated too. Re-recorded the fs-policy-reject
keyless snapshot and the bilingual README pairs.
The Note's pre-release-stance link used the wrong depth and target
(../../../CLAUDE.md); point it at ../../../../AGENTS.md with the section
anchor so verify-md-links passes. The presentResult decline test's meta
lacked the now-required offset, so it declined at meta narrowing instead of
exercising the content-shape decline (read.ts:181-183); add offset back.
An empty read window (byte cap below the first selected line: `lines: []`
with `totalLines > 0`) dropped `offset` from the persisted presentation
meta, so a replayed read card could not report where the window starts or
where a continuation resumes. Carry `offset` on `FsReadMeta`,
`ReadResultView`, and the `presentationMeta` projection, and validate it in
`readMetaFromMeta` (1-based integer; the first line number may not fall
below it). Re-record the ACP fixtures and the cordis api catalog.
Also correct the Note's `parallel-file-reads` golden path
(examples/tui-agent -> apps/cli) and record the pre-card replay-degradation
tradeoff in the Decision section.
A filename whose extension is an Object.prototype key (foo.constructor,
foo.__proto__) resolved to the inherited member through the plain-object index,
so a function reached the read card's lang hint and failed the tool-output JSON
validation, failing an otherwise successful read. Look the extension up as an
own property only. Added rejection tests, converted the zh Note headings to the
all-English sibling convention, and named the parallel-file-reads terminal
golden as the TUI-unchanged evidence in the Testing section (both languages).
readMetaFromMeta narrows the opaque persisted meta boundary, so beyond
shape it now rejects replayed JSON that is well-typed but semantically
invalid: line numbers must be 1-based integers, totalLines a non-negative
integer, and line numbers must strictly increase without exceeding
totalLines. Any violation declines to the generic fallback.
Sync the public ToolResultView contract across the core/tools and
tool-fs READMEs and docs/core-data-structures/tools for the fourth
result-view member and the ReadFileLine vocabulary, and expand the
Agent Note Testing section with the new rejection paths and the snapshot
evidence this PR carries.
The read tool's result carries structured numbered lines, but only the
model-facing envelope text reached the client. Add a card:'read' result view
(ReadResultView) projecting {path, lines, totalLines, lang} through the tool's
output.presentationMeta so presentResult reproduces it on live and replay
paths; the pending call stays a generic read card. A UI without the read
capability falls back to the envelope-stripped content, so the TUI is
unchanged. The web consumer that renders the line-numbered view is a follow-up.
The native adapter's route was named deepseek, colliding with pi-ai's
catalog provider of the same name, so the two DeepSeek paths could never
be mounted side by side. The web settings page needs both configurable at
once. Compositions, fixtures, goldens, scaffolding defaults, and docs all
move together (pre-release, no shim); TUI/session-query-spill/
missing-credential goldens re-recorded through their keyless refresh
modes because provider-name length shifts box padding and spill
truncation points.
