Pine 3dacd6e399 docs: document the community fork, bilingual README + license + modification notes

- README.md / README.zh.md: add a bilingual "community fork" banner noting this is a
  derivative of deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness with a desktop app, plugin marketplace,
  image recognition, and a release channel; link to the modification notes.
- MODIFICATIONS.md / MODIFICATIONS.zh.md: standard, bilingual list of changes vs upstream.
- LICENSE: keep MIT, add PineSound as derivative copyright holder while preserving the
  original DeepSeek copyright, and point to MODIFICATIONS.md.

Community fork notice: This repository is a community derivative of deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness, maintained by PineSound. On top of the unchanged core harness it adds a desktop app (deepseek-harness-desktop), a plugin marketplace, image recognition, and a release channel. This is not the official DeepSeek repository. See MODIFICATIONS.md for the full list of changes; licensed under MIT.

DeepSeek Harness (dsh) is an open-source agent harness developed by DeepSeek AI.

It uses an architecture where everything is a plugin, and is powered by Cordis, whose design is described in A Programming Paradigm for Spatiotemporal Composability.

Developer preview

DeepSeek Harness is currently in developer preview and is iterating rapidly. THERE WILL BE COMPATIBILITY-BREAKING CHANGES.

Run

Run from `npm`

Install Node.js, then run:

npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web

The command starts the Web UI, served at http://127.0.0.1:3080 by default. See Web UI guide.

Run from source

To run from a repository checkout:

git clone https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness.git
cd deepseek-harness
pnpm install
pnpm run build
pnpm dsh web
